These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://synerji.co.za, owned and operated by Enerji Electrical (Pty) Ltdregistration number 2009/000867/07), a company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa, with its registered address at 17 Agric Street, WP Park Unit 2, Epping, 7460

1. Introduction

3. Personal Information We Collect
Because the Website is an informational/marketing site (no online purchases, cookies, or tracking tools are used), we collect only the Personal Information that you choose to provide to us directly, for example when you fill in a “Contact Us”, “Enquiry”, “Careers” or similar form. This may include:

No system can be guaranteed 100% secure. In the event of a security compromise that has compromised the confidentiality or integrity of your Personal Information, we will notify the Information Regulator and affected data subjects as required by POPIA.
9. Retention of Information
We retain Personal Information collected via the Website only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.

The Website does not currently use cookies, web beacons, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) or marketing/advertising tracking technologies to monitor visitor behavior.
Should this change in future — for example, if analytics or marketing cookies are introduced — this Policy will be updated accordingly, and, where required by law, a cookie consent banner and cookie-specific notice will be implemented before such technologies are activated.

- lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator regarding the alleged interference with your rights.

We will only send you direct marketing communications (such as newsletters or promotional messages) where you have given your prior consent, or where otherwise permitted by POPIA and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
